What happens if my photographer/videographer is sick or injured?
One of the biggest reasons we have such a deep team is to provide backup as needed. We never overbook a weekend and, in the unlikely event your photographer is unavailable, we always have someone available in an emergency.
How long does it take to get my images after the event?
We work hard to get all of your images back to you within two weeks following your event. During peak times it may be up to two weeks longer.
Will I own my images?
Once you have received your link to view and download all of your high-resolution images, you are free to do with them as you please.
How long does it take to get my album?
Once the album design is approved, your images are retouched, then sent to print and bind. This process takes approximately 8-12 weeks.
Can you refer any other vendors for our Bar Mitzvah?
With so many years in the business we develop relationships with other vendors that prove themselves to be trustworthy and reliable aside from delivering great service. In order to help you choose the best for your event we made a list of some we have worked with in the past.
